ServerMate is a Discord ticket management bot and web dashboard designed to help Discord communities manage support tickets, transcripts, forms, staff tools, analytics, automations, and related server management features.

Information We Collect

ServerMate may collect and store Discord user IDs, server IDs, channel IDs, role IDs, message content submitted inside tickets, form responses, ticket transcripts, ratings, staff notes, saved responses, automation settings, dashboard settings, and related configuration data.

How We Use Information

Information is used to operate ServerMate features, create and manage tickets, generate transcripts, display analytics, provide staff tools, process automations, save server settings, improve reliability, and maintain service functionality.

Custom Bot Tokens

If a server uses custom bot branding, ServerMate may store the provided Discord bot token in encrypted form. Tokens are used only to operate the custom bot features for that server.

Data Sharing

ServerMate does not sell user data. Data is only shared when required by law, necessary to protect the service, or required to provide core functionality through Discord and related hosting infrastructure.

Data Retention

Ticket data, transcripts, analytics, and configuration data may be stored until deleted by a server administrator, removed through the dashboard, or removed from our systems.

Security

ServerMate takes reasonable measures to protect stored data, including encryption for sensitive custom bot tokens. However, no online service can guarantee complete security.
