By inviting ServerMate to a Discord server, accessing the ServerMate dashboard, or using any ServerMate service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Service Description

ServerMate provides Discord ticket management tools, web dashboard controls, transcripts, staff tools, analytics, automations, saved responses, custom bot branding, and related support features.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for how they configure and use ServerMate. You may not use ServerMate for unlawful activity, abuse, spam, harassment, exploitation, unauthorized data collection, or actions that violate Discord's Terms of Service.

Server Data

ServerMate may store ticket data, transcripts, dashboard settings, analytics, automation rules, staff notes, and related server configuration data required to operate the service.

Custom Bot Branding

Custom Discord bot branding may be available upon request. Servers using this feature are responsible for providing a valid Discord bot token and ensuring the custom bot complies with Discord's policies.

Service Availability

ServerMate is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, error-free operation, or permanent availability of any feature.

Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to ServerMate for abuse, misuse, security risks, policy violations, or actions that may harm the service, Discord users, or other communities.

Limitation of Liability

ServerMate and its operators are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages resulting from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the service.

Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of ServerMate after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
